Real Dreams

Ever been lost in your dreams
so that that take up your every thought
ever a time when everything in the world seems
to relate directly to the thought
You find it so easy to see her smile in the sun
her lips in a petal
her love in everyone
knowing she is there waiting
and wanting only to please
does it comfort you heart
ease all the pain
they say distance makes the heart grow fonder
still I wonder do longing eyes wander
do they find other things to dream about
or do they remained fixed on that which they love
I can promise the one destiny wishes me to love
that my eyes nor my mind will I lead astray
but in my fantasies ...they do what they may
no time like the present to relinquish all wishes
